Getting Rid of Mold in Your Rochester Home

It’s not always possible to spot a mold problem early on but, mold removal should begin as soon as it’s found before it affects more damage. Here are some mold cleanup steps that we preform:

  1. HEPA Vacuuming- The first step we preform after any demolition has been done, is HEPA vacuum the entire area to clean up any surface debris that mold can live on.
  2. Treat with an antimicrobial- After the area has been cleaned, we treat with an antimicrobial to remediate the mold
  3. Antimicrobial Encapsulant- Once we treat the mold, it’s important to treat again to prevent any mold growth from happening.
